A practical way to put AI to work in your business.
I'm a San Diego–based AI consultant. I help small business owners take one repetitive, time-consuming task off their team's plate — built, tested, and delivered in two weeks. Fixed price. Plain English.
No deck. No sales pitch. If we're not a fit, I'll tell you so.

What I work on
Three places small businesses see real results.
These are not theoretical. Every project at this price point fits in one of these three buckets. We figure out which one on the first call.

Lead response time
Most local businesses lose roughly a third of inbound leads to slow replies. A simple agent that answers in 60 seconds usually pays for itself in the first month.

Each card is a representative build. Names withheld at client request. Diagrams show how the moving parts fit together — happy to walk through any of them on the call.

After-hours intake for a 4-chair dental practice
An AI receptionist answers after 6pm, triages urgency, books emergency slots into the practice management system, and texts confirmations. The owner reviews a morning summary instead of returning twelve voicemails.
Outcome≈$1,180 avg. revenue retained per saved call
Home servicesShipped in 2 weeks
Quote drafting for a residential HVAC operator
Field tech sends photos and a voice note from the truck. An agent drafts a line-item quote in the company's voice, attaches terms, and emails a one-click approval link to the customer.
OutcomeQuote turnaround dropped from 36 hrs → 45 min
Professional servicesShipped in 10 days
Lead-response agent for an independent law firm
Inbound contact-form leads are qualified for matter type, conflict-checked against the firm's CRM, and routed to the right attorney with a drafted intake email. Cold leads get a polite, branded response.
OutcomeReply time: 22 hrs → under 90 seconds

Missed-call SMS recovery for a plumbing contractor
When a call rings out, an SMS goes within ten seconds offering an emergency slot or a callback time. The job is booked, the customer is confirmed, and the dispatch board updates itself.

How it works
What two weeks actually looks like.
A fixed cadence with weekly written check-ins. You always know where we are. No surprises, no scope creep, no "phase 2."
Day 1
Discovery call
A short call. You walk me through one workflow. By the end I can tell you whether AI is the right answer — and sometimes it isn't. I will say so.

The person you'll work with
I'm Brenden Song. I build AI for a living.
For my day job I build AI agents inside a tech company — the kind of automation that costs a Fortune 500 hundreds of thousands of dollars to put in place.
Costaria is me bringing that same toolkit to local San Diego businesses, who deserve the same wins without the enterprise price tag. No offshore team. No subcontracting. You hire me, you work with me, and your project ships with my name on it.
Most owners don't on the first call — that's fine. I have spent enough time in small-business operations to spot the bottleneck in thirty minutes. If nothing looks worth building, I'll tell you and we shake hands. No pressure.
What tools do you build on?
Whatever you already use. Most projects touch some combination of Gmail, your CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Go High Level), Calendly, QuickBooks, Zapier or Make, and Claude or ChatGPT under the hood. I don't ask you to switch software.
What if it breaks after launch?
The first thirty days are on me — I fix it at no charge. After that, you can either keep me on a $400/month maintenance plan or hand it off. Everything is documented well enough that an in-house person can take it from there.
Is my data safe?
Yes. I sign a confidentiality agreement before any project starts. Customer data stays inside your existing systems. The AI models I use process data and do not retain it for training. Happy to walk through this on a call.
Can you do this for my industry?
Probably. I am most comfortable with medical and dental practices, professional services (law, accounting, insurance), home services (HVAC, plumbing, contractors), real estate, and small agencies. If your industry isn't on that list, ask anyway.

Schedule a free 30-minute call.
No deck. No sales pitch. We'll spend the time talking through one workflow that's slowing you down. By the end of the call, you'll know whether AI can help — and whether I'm the right person to build it.
